   I am using the Sociable plugin and it is excellent.

   However, I have multiple categories in my site (portfolio, services, blog etc) and I only want the sociable icons to show in the blog categry - not the others. Does anybody know how to exclude the icons from particular categories? This appears to be the only thing missing with this excellent plugin.

   This thread comes closest to answering my question but I don't quite understand the hack and don't particularly want to edit the core plugin files if possible.

   Does anybody have any help to offer?

   Rookie mistake. There's a tickbox at the bottom of each post in the wp backend to switch it on or off in each post. It's right at the bottom so I missed it.
