   Hi there,

   I've just upgraded to WP 2.7.1, and now every new link I add gets assigned to the default link category, no matter which category I've selected. I'm also not able to edit links to another cateogry; however, deleting them works fine.

   When changing the default category in the settings, new links consequently appear in that category, so all categories seem to be writeable.

   Has anyone had any similiar experiences?

   I'm having exactly the same problem. Running version 2.7.1.
