   This is showing up on my blog's main page at the bottom of the header:

   Not Found
   The requested URL /get.php?i=208.31.142.32&l=en-us%2Cen%3Bq%3D0.5&h=www.mommiedaze.com&m=www.mommiedaze.com&u=Mozilla%2F5.0+%28Windows%3B+U%3B+Windows+NT+6.0%3B+en-US%3B+rv%3A1.9.0.10%29+Gecko%2F2009042316+Firefox%2F3.0.10+%28.NET+CLR+3.5.30729%29&r=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mommiedaze.com%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-general.php was not found on this server. www.myweb-statistics.cn

   What is this? How can I remove it? Has my blog been hacked?

   I got hit by the same hack...

   You need to replace your wp-blog-header.php file cause that's where the code has been injected.
