   I upgraded to wordpress 2.7.1. After upgrade everything went well. But now I am not able to open page. If I try to open old page , I get a File Download prompt as though I am trying to open a directory

   Some body please advice . I am stuck.
   It looks like a configuration issue .

   have you actually checked to make sure that the files are where they are supposed to be?

   this:

   http://www.geekevaluation.com/blogtemp/index.php

   btw, is NOT the proper setting for your blog url.

   that should NOT be pointing to a file.
