• I found a plugin on a list of WordPress plugins that were supposed to save time called Mass Post Manager. The main reason I downloaded it was the fact that it was supposed to be able to delete comments in each category that have not been approved – perfect since I have 10,000+ spam comments that need to go.

I tried it on a smaller category (I should’ve gone smaller), and the result is now, on my archives page, it shows that all the posts in that category have 0 comments. However, when you go into the post, it shows the approved comments and trackbacks are still there.

I’m not sure if this is an incompatibility with the Thesis theme or WordPress 2.7.1. On the backend, if I got into Edit Posts within that category, it shows the comments, but also shows a 0 where there is usually a comment number.

To see what I mean, check out http://kikolani.com/category/dreams and a post in that category, http://kikolani.com/return-sleep-paralysis.html.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be great. I’m glad I didn’t lose the comments themselves, but I hate that the category now shows there are no comments.
