   Hi guys

   I'm moving my wordpress sites to a new (cheaper!) host, and I'm having real trouble with the database - I just can't seem to get anything showing up!

   I've followed the instructions in the Codex (Moving Wordpress), I've tried suggestions in this post: Topic 252698, this post: Topic 168092 with no luck.

   I'm stuck! I can install WP and access the dashboard, but my posts just aren't showing up, even though the database appears in order.

   The url is www.aucklandlivemusic.com. I also need to move www.wellingtonlivemusic.com.

   Any help is much appreciated; I know next to nothing about mysql!

   Did you do a fresh install or move files?
   Have you tried creating a new post?
   Did the URL change with the move?
   How are you determing the database is in oreder? Have you viewed it in mysqladmin or something else?

   Hi webjunk, thanks for your reply.

   I did a fresh install, but moved the wp-content files to the new server.

   The URL is exactly the same, but I thought perhaps the file paths aren't which is causing a problem? I tried using find and replace in the text sql document on my computer, and in mysql admin, and that didn't seem to work either.

   I haven't tried creating a new post yet, will just go do that... Ok, that works fine, but still nothing of the old posts or page content.

   I'm wondering if something went wrong with the database export, although I followed all instructions...

   Eeek!
