I uploaded a file to the followign server position:

Uploaded it and changed permissions with FileZilla.
File permission set to 755, even tried 777 to test, and Google gives me a 'OOPS, link appears to be broken'.
I want it to work from a email sent to a subscriber.

I got the url by right clicking the file and copying to clipboard.
Then removing 'ftp://username@ftp'. with 'http://', I got this info from a blog that I found through google.
Testing it through a new email, my own, got me the OOPS from google.
I'm aiming to put this link on a follow-up message sent by my email provider Mailchimp.
I'm sure it's something very simple that's wrong.
Any ideas?
