   I've downloaded and activated this plugin, but do not see a link to set up the options for it.

   Found it! Under "Settings" on the left. I could have sworn I looked there before I posted.

   That always happens, soemthing taking a step away helps. I take 5 mins trying to solve something and then step away and its done in 10 secs :)
