   I've deactivated the Global Translator plugin, but I can still see rewrite rules in the like "index.php?lang=$matches[1]", which I would like to remove.

   In fact, ideally, I want to redirect all of the previously-translated URLs back to their English counterparts.

   Is there a way to edit the Wordpress rewrite rules directly? I can see the information in wp_options, but I'm afraid to change it.
