Long pause needed to display new page

I’ve noticed that if a user is flicking between pages on http://www.dstt-dsi.co.uk/ the url will change but the new page displayed will not change. For the correct page to be displayed, a wait of around 30 seconds is required before moving clicking the link. The problem seems to go away if I change from the Gear theme. Anyone know how to fix this?
