   My question to you guys is if i make someone and admin they have full access to my blog, and can be able to delete it if they wanted to right?
   If so is there a mod where I can make the deletion button of the blog gone or certain parts of the blog gone so they won't tamper with it, cuase it took me a long time to get my site to where it is.

   What are the differences between
   Editor
   Author
   Contributor

   Cause, before I've had some people help me but they weren't able to post a picture.

   Where as if you were an admin you will get this option "Upload/Insert" with 4 boxes right next to it

   or, they can always use like photobucket/tinypic/lookpic.com
   to post a picture.

   I would NEVER give anyone outside of the site owner Admin access. If you have any doubts about that person there is no way to limit access that could take your site down.

   Thanks so much for the link, I wish I could make everyone an admin, then install a mod, that blocks them from all areas except that they can post, add pictures from the "Upload/Insert" area
   Delete posts, accept posts from other users, cause I'd like to make all users able to post, but have people accept them if they did them right.

   look at the Role Manager Plugin link at the bottom of the referenced page
   then you can assign whatever tasks to whom you want
