   Loved the plugin when it was working but now when I try to upload an avatar it gives the message: Upload error: Unable to resize image.

   Happens with GIFS and JPEGS

   I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled.

   Any thoughts?

   Also, when I look in the upload folder "root/avatars/" the image is there.

   I've also encountered this problem. I just downloaded the latest version and I have not used any previous version of this plugin. Unclicking the resize uploads checkbox atleast updated the profile.

   This doesn't seem to be a problem for other users, so without more info I can't diagnose your problems... Can you send me (feedback e-mail link on my site) a screen shot of your avatars plugin settings please?
