   I installed MM forms - and have it on more than one site successfully. For some reason on this site the captcha text entry box is visible and the captcha is required but the actual image is not visible.

   /captcha/tmp directory must be writable

   How do you enable captcha, I have the folder permissions set, but I don't see any where to enable it in the form settings.

   I have the same problem. Permissions are correct. Still no captcha. What to do? Please advice?

   Is there a do-action call right before the end of my form (Right before the send) that I need to check to be there?

   You have to add the captcha in your form.

   Horrible support. Mine sends blank e-mails. Is there anything else out there?
