Enhanced Categories plugin stores full URLs in options

Nice plugin. I’m using it on one site and may expand its usage to my other sites.

One thing I found that could be improved. I started using this on a test site which I then moved to a different URL (e.g. moved from http://internaltest/ to http://internal/). A number of things were broken with this plugin because it embeds the URL in a couple of its options in the wp_options table. It would make managing sites a lot easier if it would pull the initial part of the URL from the siteurl or home option instead.
