   I would really like to develop or find a plugin which allows me to change the default number of themes per page. I don't like the way themes are organized right now...

   1) Only 15 per page (would like to be more like 30)
   2) Too much text and whitespace
   3) Alphabetical order is case-sensitive -- In other words, if I have themes titled A1, a2, B1, b2, C1, c2, they are listed in this order:
   A1, B1, C1, a2, b2, c2. Crazy!

   How can I change some of this behavior with a plugin?

   is the themes manager possible to change with plugins?
