showing number of pages at the top and bottom

    I saw this topic resolved in another thread but i don’t know where to place the code. If you reply please be specific as where to add the code- file and where it should go to?…

    I need to split into pages -I how to limit posts per page via WP interface but latest posts are not displayed:(
    I’m using a non standard template deLight (blog is http://www.scgma.org)
