[Plugin: EasySMS] Confirmations not coming, How do we send then?

We have installed EASYSMS and nothing is coming through. Is there a step we are missing?

We started to use Clever Agency’s plugin and we can at least send sms with that.

Really like the the extra features this plugin has but cant get it to send or confirm?
