   If someone edits a published page, who only has the rights to set it as "pending review", then the page disappears from the menu on the site.

   What I want is this:
   This person can edit the page, but as long as the page hasn't been approved, the old version is still visible.

   No help here? I was wondering if this is a bug, a problem on my side or even a Wordpress feature and meant to be like that.

   I've been searching for the exact functionality described here and haven't been able to find anything.

   Does anyone know if this can be done? i.e. this person can edit the page, but as long as the page hasn't been approved, the old version is still visible.

   I still have the same problem and am really keen on a solution. Maybe a plugin?

   I would also like a solution to this problem. chloraldo, have you found anything yet?

   Are there any other ideas? Perhaps a new "future revision" of the page could be made and once an editor or admin approves the page, the "future revision" becomes the live page. Or instead of "future revision" a draft or other saved copy might work too.
