   I'm opening a new website, and venturing into the adult world. I'm praying I can stay with Wordpress and not have to use Thumblogger.

   Let me clarify - I would be uploading it on my own server w/my own domain.

   On your own server, yes.

   On WordPress.com, doubt it would need to read the TOS first.

   I have seen many adult sites on wordpress.com. But the worst part is you cannot put affiliate links on your blog. So you can make no money out of it. If you do it, they will ban your website and you will loose your all hard work.
