    hello,
    all ads are cached by WP Super Cache. i have a same ad for home page.
    what i have to do to keep my adrotate dynamic when i use WP Super Cache ?

    Not possible. You'll have to disable caching. See this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/193393
