• I’ve got my wordpress install up and running on a mediatemple gridserver. Available at http://www.waabstract.com.

At first glance, everything seems to be working nicely. But a “500 Internal Server Error” awaits anyone who clicks on a link. Any link.

This has me kind of confused. How can the first page be working–database connections and all–whilst everything else seems to be off limits. In my book, all settings must be ok for that first portion to work, no? Am I forgetting/missing something? Not sure where to start troubleshooting!

    Cheers,

Note to self: don’t forget to update your .htaccess file. In my case, I forgot all about this little bugger because my ftp program doesn’t show hidden files per default. What was needed was updating the two RewriteRule paths.

    I love happy endings.

what did you put in your .htaccess file? I’m having the same problem but don’t know what to put in the .htaccess file!
