   D'oh! In an effort to hide unwanted menus I forgot to check what was actually under the 'Tools' menu (9 times out of 10 I don't use anything in there) and of course, this plugin is :s

   Can anyone provide me with an url eg, http://xxxxx/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=contactform or whatever?

   Or even better, does anyone know how to modify the plugin so the admin options appear somewhere else?
