Webcam in WordPress

Hello all

I am trying to get a webcam working on a WP page. I have had success as far as my cam uploads an image every 10 secs, webcam.jpg for example. This is overwritten every time an image is taken so WP just needs to display webcam.jpg

I would like the page to auto refesh every 10 secs or so to automatically display the latest image. Is there a way to do this??
