Hey,
I've recently installed Simple-tags but it doesn't auto tag posts with the auto tagging enabled I even clicked auto-tag all posts but it processes and then just says 0 tags added.

Posted 3 months ago #Me too, its not assigning tags to my posts! Could it be due to the fact that the keywords i'm designating to generate the tags from are hyperlinked in the post?

Posted 2 months ago #ive had this problem for months. auto tags just dont work. i think its due to it not working with teh latest version of wordpress. i hope the author or some other bright spark makes a fix.

Posted 2 months ago #I am having the same problem, even though the plugin states that it works with wordpress 2.8 AND the Javascript tagging bug was fixed I am STILL receiving the status under the "click tags" section as:
This feature works only with activated JavaScript. Activate it in your Web browser so you can!
I hope the auther fixes this as my editor is legally blind (he can see, just not as well as you and I and has to use SUPER magnification and HUGE monitors) This part of the plugin has helped him immensly when it comes to tagging articles.
I have noticed, however, if you reduce the amount of plugins you use - we use about 20, down to just 4 or 5 plugins, the Simple Tags plugin will auto tag then, which is very weird.
