   When trying to login to my wordpress account which is self hosted It won't let me login instead I get a download wordpress page. The link I go to login is

   http://www.chasgoldie.com/wp/wp-admin

   Then I get this!!!! http://www.chasgoldie.com/wp/wp-admin/install.php

   Can some one help me.

   Your version of WordPress has not been fully installed yet. You need to go through the steps there and finish the installation. It would probably be a good idea to do that ASAP as anyone who follows one of these links would be able to setup your WP installation, right now, and they'd have admin control over your site until you wiped the database.
