Hi, I recently installed this plugin and every time someone leaves a comment with FriendConnect it either goes to Spam, or needs approval even though I've approved the user before. I've had to approve a person 3 times already...
That doesn't happen with regular people who have been approved but don't use FriendConnect to leave comments.

hmmm... I don't think that issue you described is about the way plugin works. Thing is that plugin just signs in user (or creates user in case it does not exist) and does not deal with comments posting.
Sorry, but I don't know what can be a cause of your problem.
PS Actually I do experience similar problem sometimes when try to approve comments directly from dashboard, I think its kind of AJAX issue, but I had this kind of problem even before FriendConnect plugin was created. To avoid this problem I use to Edit->Approve->Update comment.
