Just wanted to report an upgrade problem (going from 2.7 to 2.7.1 using the automatic upgrade, which reported successful completion). After the upgrade, the blog wouldn't load, and wordpress reported an error in line 1325 of taxonomy.php. I don't have a copy of the exact error message (sorry).
I restored from backups and am going to wait to see if any other errors get shaken out of this upgrade before trying again.
Be interesting to know the error as that area of the code didn't change...
Do you have any plugins that might cause that? I do remember one plugin making changes to that file.

Did anyone discover where the problem was? I had the same error:
wp-admin/includes/taxonomy.php on line 202
I couldn't get into wp-admin until I went back to WordPress 2.7
I have some of the same plugins, so I assume the problem is there. But do we know which one?

I had the same problem with one of my blogs. Disabled all plugins and still had problems.
For some reason removing /%category%/ from my permalinks got it working. No idea what that had to do with anything.
