   after upgrading, i lost everything i worked so hard on. it reverted back to the generic look, and i lost all my hard work in formatting and designing of it. PLEASE tell me there's a way to get it back!

   If you've made changes to the WordPress Default theme, then you will need to restore your files. If you don't have a backup of your files, in particular the wp-content/themes/default folder then ask your host if they have a backup.

   Please review WordPress Backups to make sure it does not happen again in the future.
