When I try to automatically upgrade to 2.7.1, I get a message saying: "Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.".
I'm identifying hostname as http://ftp.unfoldingleadership.com, user and password as specified by my host, Oxxus. Not sure what I need to do differently! Permissions look okay.
Thanks
Dan

try using only unfoldingleadership.com and also varify the username. Normally, in linux, the FTP username is user@hostname. So make it clear that you are using correct username.
Also, do NOT mention your passwords in this thread.

Thanks, Ryan
In the hostname box, if I enter http://ftp.unfoldingleadership.com, it automatically changes to http://ftp.unfoldingleadership.com://unfoldingleadership.com
The user@hostname format is what I've been using for the user name.
