   Having problem with download of ver 2.7.1 - everything unzips fine EXCEPT quicktags.js - trying to extract that file keeps giving the error message "Error reading ..\temp\wordpress-2.7.1.tar. Possible cause: bad disk". Happens multiple times with different downloads to different system disks (and with WinZip using different working and temporary locations). WinZip help suggests "archive is damaged (may contain invalid data)".

   Downloads and unzips fine for me.

   Might try 7.zip http://www.7-zip.org/

   Somehow managed to get the .tar file rather than the .zip version - downloaded that and everything now fine! (either too much, or too little early morning coffee!!!!)
