   Hey

   When i try to auto upgrade, It downloads the update, then it just stays on "unpacking the core update" forever! Nothing happens.. Has any one had this issue?

   What may be the problem? (I don't have the auto upgrade plugin, just in case, so that's not the problem. Also, at first it kept timing out, then i changed the timeout time setting in some php file, forgot which one)

   It could be possible that your webhost is not compatible with the core update feature. There is a list of hosts that the auto upgrade has been tested with.

   manually update to 2.8.5 and guess what !!! you're gonna be happy to find out that the problem will disappear. At least for me it did. Ahh.

   My upgrade from 2.8.4 gets stuck on this link and nothing ever hapends, http://highacid.com/wp-admin/update-core.php?action=do-core-upgrade&_wpnonce=648bd7521d I try many things, and I am afraid to use a manual upgrade... Since my last manual upgrade failed and I had to work 1 day to restore some things. What can I do to make the upgrade work.
