Depo Masthead theme 1 not 3 colums (1 post)

    I've migrated my .com blog to my own site. Unfortunately, the Depo Masthead theme doesn't look the same, it shows 1 post rather than 3. I've downloaded the theme here:
    http://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-themes/depo-masthead/
    And I haven't changed anything anywhere...

    How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!
