   Hey,

   Not that I am looking for drunk people to help me, but hey I got to get this moving :) -
   I and running 2.7.1 and I have not visual editor. just a blank spot. HTML is working of course.

   √ I do not have it checked that way in the users section either.

   Today to remedy the issue I tries a cocktail of different remedies people are talking about.

   √ I replace the ,JS folder, wp-includes, wp-admin.
   √ I turned of some plugins,
   √ check permission and all were 755.
   √ I replaced the tinyMCE JS files and that did nothing..

   I did not have this problem until I upgraded to 2.7, but not right away... Also I upgraded to 2.7.1 hoping that would fix it... Hosted with bluehost

   Any help would be appreciated.. Also I promise to post the solution once I get it. I am aware there are a LOT of people in the same boat as I am.. Hopefully we can help a bunch of people by figuring out my solution

   Disable ALL plugins, switch to the default theme...

   Test the page.

   If it works, enable one thing at a time, testing the page as you go...

   What browser are you using? What happens when you try alternative browsers?

   t310s thanks it was a flippin plugin

   Kimili Flash Embed plugin

   Chrsi_K it was happening in FIREFOX, SAFARI, IE yadda yadda
