   Hi there,

   I'm moving a small newspaper's website from a database that used to be on ColdFusion to Wordpress. Can this be done?

   My search terms for database, wordpress, non-wordpress database, et al, were fruitless, but offered lots on upgrading wordpress dbases to more wordpress.

   I'm looking specifically for a non-wordpress database import.

   The frequency of this question without a real resolution suggests it deserves a deeper look.

   Can anyone approximate a solution?
