When you say IE7, does that mean it works with Firefox and Chrome?
I am having the same problem as listed above.
I typically write a post first with text, then add the images. The problem is I fight to get the images to post correctly. Is there an “art” to this or ????
Here’s what happens to me:
I can usually insert my first image wherever the cursor is (middle of post somewhere, between text typically).
After that, I pick another image from the gallery and click insert into post. Every image thereafter gets placed at the “top” of the post, no matter how many times I click to have the cursor amongst the text somewhere.
Then, if I try to put multiple images in a row down (say 3 centered images like:
–image1–
–image2–
–image3–
I can never get them to stay tight, there is always an empty line between them unless I am very careful and hit delete or backspace with the cursor on the “correct” one side or the other of the image. Trying to move/correct the issue just merges images, deletes images and accidentally merges text from the post with the image caption, etc.
This problem makes posting take forever! Any ideas?
The posts I have are the result of many hours fighting this.
Thanks,
Kris W.

Just did a test of latest version of Firefox 3.6.3 and the posting behavior is much better – although not perfect it does allow posting of images directly where the cursor is located and the placement behavior overall works better.
So I guess I’ll have to have two browsers on my machine now!
Thanks,
