   I get the following message:

   Could not copy file: /httpdocs/mysite/httpdocs/wp-settings.php

   is there anything I need to do here to help upgrade? I have the auto-upgrade plugin installed but it is deactivated.

   In my case it was a file ownership problem.

   I couldn't upgrade via the "Tools" option. I get the following message:

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class pclzip in /nfs/c01/h08/mnt/44332/domains/hombresdivorciados.com/html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 171

   Any ideas?
