2.7 changed my language – how to get it back to english?!

    I just upgraded to 2.7 and when i logged in to see the (beautiful!) new dashboard it told me at the top that i still need to upgrade (I know this is because it hadn’t had time to ping the wordpress server yet but wasn’t thinking at the time). So I clicked it and automatically upgraded (again) only the next time I went back to the dashboard everything was in Chinese!!!!! How do I get it back to English?

    On the root of your wordpress installation, there’s a file called wp-config.php

    Edit that file and look for the line that looks like:
    define ('WPLANG', 'xx_YY');

    For English, make sure ‘xx_YY’=’en_US’
