I have a plug-in I activated. TDO in order to allow someone to leave a comment in a link on the footer. Anyone know what code I have to write or what I have to do to actually get it working, or pick a form or whatever? I've never done a plugin. Man, I find wordpress confusing.

Check the plugin's homepage for instructions on how to use it. There may also be a README file in the plugin's folder that contains usage instructions.
