Suggest a form/questionaire plugin? (2 posts)

    Hi!

    I am looking for a plugin that lets me place a programmed form into a page/post, with a variety of methods available to see the results including email, flat csv, and in-post/in-page results. Is there such a beast? Cforms2 is good but only emails the results back.

    Anyone got ideas for this? Is it a beast that simply does not exist?
