Quote System

Hi all,
I have had a good search but cant seem to find anything.

Could anyone suggest and plugin’s or work arounds for the following:

I am looking to create a quotations page. For example say its a plumbers website.

There would be a page of drop downs or radio/tick boxes for the user to select the services they need: Eg. taps replace, boiler repair etc.

each item in the drop down can be pair with a price so at the end it can make an estimated total before the user clicks the submit and forwards it to a selected email.
