   Hello, everyone:

   Looking in google the reason why the 2009 links of my archive roll, resolve to 58.65.232.17, I found out, that this IP is dedicated to malicious activities.
   My question is: Can my website be affected by a trojan?

   Your site can be hacked, yes.

   Thanks you a lot.
   Godaddy Support removed the malicious code. But now I get a 404 error page.
   Can you help me solve this?

   If you are using custom permalinks, you might want to try switching to the default permalinks first and then, if that works, re-setting your custom permalinks back up again.
