   Hey guys, I have a huge website running wordpress. It is too big for me to control by self so I need to hire moderaters to edit posts frequently and post new ones.

   Now my question is towards moderater abilities, Is there a plugin that limits there abilites as in I want them to have limited access as in they would post and edit a post but then that post would go threw me to publish it as in.. I have to approve it before any changes are made.

   I suspect what you're after is already built-in to WordPress. Have a read at Roles_and_Capabilities and see if one of the existing roles would work for you?
