   My sidebar is loading very slowly. I've tried forever to fix this but can't seem to find the solution.

   Any help would be much appreciated.

   You might get more responses if you'd share a link to your site. It would likely be helpful if folks could see the sidebar and what's in it...

   What I suggest is downloading the plugin Super Cacher or the WP Cacher to speed up the loading time. If that doesn't work, it may be some issues with your hosting provider.

   I wonder if it is whatever's pulling your recent twitter tweet. If you temporarily comment that out, does the sidebar show up quicker?

   That was it, looks like I have to find another way of getting my tweet.
