   After installing Contact Form 7, my page doesn't load well in Firefox but it loads well in IE. I have tried many other contact forms but they are either too buggy, too small interface, with a link back, or too complicated.

   So what is the problem & how can I fix it?

   My page loads perfectly in FF and IE. My guess is that you have template errors. Try validating you template.

   agree with digitz - I use this on several sites and woks well in both browsers

   Thanks digitz. Now can I ask what you mean by validating the templates so CF7 displays correctly in IE and FF. I am using the default wp theme and pages use the default template. Are these not valid?

   Hi, thanks for the replies.
   I also thought that will be the template problem but it would be very troublesome to edit my template (because I got my template from woothemes & am not an expert in coding).
   However, if I activate/use any other contact forms (besides Contact Form 7), there has no error in loading the template in any browsers.
   But once I activate Contact Form 7, my site will only can load well in IE but not in FF & Chrome.
   I like the simplicity of Contact Form 7 but why is it not compatible for all templates or all browsers like other contact forms?

   It also appears to me that there is an issue with CF7 and Firefox, but this is a recent problem. I am using FF 3.0.12.

   After further investigation, it appears to be a problem only on Mac FF, The same version of FF on PC handles it fine. Also, it works with Safari.

   This is not a reply to the above but I don't see any other place to write a message.

   I uploaded Contact 7 zip file into plugins on my cPanel and extracted the
   files but cannot find Contact 7 files. Where are they located and are they named something else?

   Contact form 7 doesn't work on Firefox for Mac or PC for me. I just get the spinning arrows.

   It works on i.e. 7 & 8. It also works fine for Safari.

   It doesn't work on Chrome either :(
