   I just downloaded and installed Wordpress.. but my Gravatars are not showing up. Eventhough I activated it on the Discussion tab. See image: http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/6098/gravatars.png

   Is the theme that you're using "gravatar enabled?" A lot of the older ones aren't.

   Have a look at Using_Gravatars in the docs section for more information.

   I don't have any idea if it is enabled. If it's not, how can I enable it?

   Click that link I offered you :-) You can also have a look at the Default theme and see how it does it.
