Upload folder path by user

    Hello Everyone,

    I have been looking for several days; so I decided to ask this:

    Does anybody know a plugin that I can use to assign a different ‘upload-path’ by each of my users; I don’t want to protect the upload folder, I just want it to be easier for my ‘posters’; so all the information it’s organized better. (I don’t want to use the Date/Time Format)

    Actually I was thinking on creating my own plugin, but I might need some help trying to find the correct Hooks?…..to add a field to store the ‘default upload-path’ by user?

    Would love a solution for this too. I have a lot of users and when they all upload, every upload, whether post or page, image or file, gets dumped into the same folder. It’s becoming cumbersome.

    Found a solution. Custom Upload Dir allows you to sort uploads by author (user). It works great and it’s easy to use!
