   I was fiddling around with my preferences and I accidentally changed my wordpress url from http://www.domainname.com/blog to http://www.domainname.com. Now everytime I try to log in it brings me to a page not found message. ie below

   Just a hunch, but if you go directly to http://www.domainname.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

   May work :)
