   I cannot seem to find a way to upload pictures or make the pictures work using the user photo plugin. How do I get the pictures to work and allow users to upload them as part of their profile?

   The pictures come from Gravatar, so send people there to sign up and upload their avatar:

   www.gravatar.com

   Matt,

   my pic is in Gravatar and shows up in the P2 comments & other themes but not the posts in P2 - see GreenMonk.net for an example.

   Checking again it seems that my gravatar appears on some posts, not on others and even unknown gravatars are appearing on some posts!!!

   Bizarre :-)

   If you go to GreenMonk.net and scroll down the posts you may see some of the strangeness.

   It appears to be random (not much help, I realise!).

   This post http://greenmonk.net/greenmonk-news-roundup-05022009/ when viewed as part of the main page, has no avatar. But click into it and the avatar appears. Same with this one http://greenmonk.net/paper-reduction-green-and-sexy/

   Hard refreshing of the pages doesn't correct this.

   This post http://greenmonk.net/new-greenmonk-theme-for-added-conversation/ has an incorrect avatar on the main page, but again, click into the post and the correct avatar appears!

   Strangeness!
