2 blogs one host

Hey.

I have a blog installed in a ‘wp’ folder but it runs in roots, with no problem.

I want another blog, not running in roots, and its installed in ‘wp_test’ folder.
I can login the admin panel but if i try to connect the website, i have a ‘Error 403 – Forbidden’

Can someone help me out ?

NB. Maybe i should add : i have in my root folder put an index.php file that says :
define(‘WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
require(‘./wp/wp-blog-header.php’);
