I live the simplicity and effectiveness of this plugin, however I have one complaint. I have a page that I would not like to use this plugin on.
Is there a way to exclude an 'ID' from this plugin and force it not to "Aside" them?

No, currently there is not way to exclude particular posts based in their ID. As for parsing pages in general, the problem is known and will be implemented in the next version.
